Our bread does not contain preservatives. Once it arrives, consume whatever you would like within the next 1-2 days. (Toast the bread first for optimal flavor). Store in the refrigerator or cool place.
SLICE AND FREEZE what you would like to save for later. Will last in the freezer for 4-6 months. Toast and serve.

I grew up in Europe where we had very good bread. When my Mother came to visit us in the US she would bring her own bread telling the custom's agent that American white bread was as soft as down; that she couldn't eat that. He let her keep her bread! Unhappy with organic bread from Whole Foods we came across your site where we promptly ordered the Einkorn bread. Finished the first loaf and just received two more. It's tasty and has the consistency of the bread I used to eat when I grew up. We eat it every day. It tastes the way real bread should taste.

My husband and I both have had to go off wheat in addition to a slew of other things for a few years now, due to different chronic illnesses. This is the first bread that we've tried since 2016. It is amazing! Neither of us had any problems with it! Usually it makes my joint swelling and pain from my Lyme Disease worse and my husband usually would get really bloated and even throat swelling.
