Shipping policy

We deliver via UPS & FedEx. Unfortunately, for this reason we do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs. We do not require signature upon delivery, but due to the nature of our product we suggest someone should be present at the given address to receive the delivery upon arrival. 

Joseph's Organic Bakery is not responsible for orders lost once we have delivered to a correct address.   

Prices for shipping will depend on the total weight of your order, on whether its shipped ground or Next Day Air. It will automatically be calculated at the checkout cart before completing the transaction. 

We ask you plan ahead and order in advance. All shipping orders will be processed the next business day. Time of shipping depends on the arrival date schedule (below), your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from order date. For any questions call us at 954-541-4062. 

Arrival Date Schedule: Delivery arrival days are from Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship for arrival on Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 

All of our baked products can be frozen for a duration of up to 3 months. We suggest you freeze our products if not consumed within 2 days of arrival. To thaw them take them out of freezer an hour before eating. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
