Our Einkorn Sourdough Bread is made with Einkorn flour that we grind fresh daily for optimal nutritional content.

Most commercial breads are made with white flour or "wholegrain" flour that has most of the fiber bran and wheat germ removed, in order to help it rise and become fluffy. Our bread is made with 100% wholegrain einkorn flour, full of fiber vitamins and nutrients which help lower blood sugar levels. We never remove the bran or wheat germ.

THIS BREAD IS A SUPERFOOD.  It is a pure bread, fermented to ensure that the probiotics flourish.

Our unique preparation process ensures that this bread is full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes and fiber.

Care Instructions

Our bread does not contain preservatives. Once it arrives, consume whatever you would like within the next 1-2 days. (Toast the bread first for optimal flavor). Store in the refrigerator or cool place.   

SLICE AND FREEZE what you would like to save for later. Will last in the freezer for 4-6 months.  Toast and serve.

Do You Ship Nationwide?

Yes we ship Nationwide. We offer Next Day Air or 2 Day Air shipping options or Ground Shipping within Florida.

How Can I Reduce Shipping Costs?

The best way to save on shipping is to order as many breads as possible in one order. The price doesn't increase much per loaf, there's a base starting price for 2 Day Air, beyond that there's not much of a difference in shipping charges between 4 breads or 10-20 breads. So start saving now by ordering 4-12 breads at a time and slice and freeze. The bread will last in the freezer for 4-6 months.

Will the Bread Spoil in Shipping?

We bake the bread fresh for your order, after which UPS or FedEx delivers within 2 Days. If for some reason UPS does not deliver on time, and the bread spoils, we will issue a refund. Just be sure to slice and freeze immediately upon receipt.
