Care Instructions

Our bread does not contain preservatives. Once it arrives, consume whatever you would like within the next 1-2 days. (Toast the bread first for optimal flavor). Store in the refrigerator or cool place.   

SLICE AND FREEZE what you would like to save for later. Will last in the freezer for 4-6 months.  Toast and serve.

I've had problems with magnesium supplements in the past. Will Bio-Avail Mag be different?
